About the Conference
Thanks to the generous sponsorship of our Headline Sponsor Manulife Hong Kong, you can now mark your calendars for Mind HK’s third conference. Join us in learning, sharing, and inspiring one another at this special event!
Mind HK's 3rd Mental Health Conference will take place from November 6-8, 2025, at Hotel ICON, Hong Kong. Titled Hong Kong International Mental Health Conference - “Navigating Life's Defining Moments,” the three-day event features:
Conference Day 1 & 2 (November 6-7, English) focused on the evidence, psychology, and culture of mental health across the lifespan
*Cantonese/English simultaneous interpretation will be available for sessions in the ballroom.
A Mental Wellbeing Festival (November 8, Cantonese and English) for the general public, exploring mental health during key transitions from birth to end-of-life.
Building on the success of Mind HK’s previous conferences in 2017 (focused on stigma) and 2020 (centred on youth mental health), this event will bring together renowned international and local experts to discuss timely and under-addressed topics. Mind HK’s vision is to ensure no one faces a mental health challenge alone. Through this conference, we aim to raise awareness of the intersection of mental health across the lifespan, including areas such as fertility challenges, perinatal and parental mental health, career transitions, end-of-life care, grief and more.

Key Objectives
The conference is anchored by key principles that ensure relevance, inclusivity, and practical outcomes:
Translational Science:
-
Conference attendees will gain insights into case studies and innovative approaches in order to bridge the gap between research and practice by showcasing real-world applications of evidence-based strategies from around the world.
Interactive and Inclusive Sessions:
-
Offering a variety of formats, including panel discussions, story-sharing sessions, hands-on workshops, and a wellbeing fair, we will curate an engaging and impactful learning experience.
Engaging Diverse Stakeholders:
-
Bringing together professionals from healthcare, education, corporate leadership (including ESG/DE&I professionals), policymakers, NGOs, and individuals with lived experience, we welcome everyone to join us and foster collaboration and cross-sector solutions.
Accessible to all:
-
Days 1 and 2 are tailored for professionals (e.g., mental health practitioners, NGO staff) and students (e.g., public health or clinical psychology students). That said, anyone with an interest is more than welcome to join! Day 3 will feature a Mental Wellbeing Festival designed for the general public—open to anyone and everyone interested in mental health across the lifespan. We aim to make the day accessible, interactive, informative, and supportive for all attendees.
